Perteet designed and performed construction management for a Bavarian-styled park-and-ride in Leavenworth, WA, along with associated access multimodal improvements. The park-and-ride site included 90 parking spaces, electric car and bus charging stations, and a Bavarian-themed comfort station and bus shelters. Perteet also designed roadway and parking lot lighting systems and provided site specific Eastern Washington landscape design. Additionally, Perteet coordinated with the City of Leavenworth to provide a heated sidewalk connection along Ward Strasse Road, a new roadway turnaround, and a new Leavenworth city street connection to US 2. Park-and-ride construction was completed in the summer of 2019. Perteet provided construction administration and observation for the multi-season construction project.
